Access and record using your IR camera in laptop using Matlab

In this code I show you guys how to access and record from IR camera on modern Laptops. Those cameras can be only used normally with windows hello only. But here I show you how to access it using Matlab and even using it to record videos in complete dark environment. Also you can use this code to record from normal camera as usual.
