Molecule visualizer using 3D laplacian matrix Matlab

This code analyzes any molecular potential profile by using 3D Laplacian matrix to get the 3D Hamiltonian matrix and solving for eigenvalues.

The code is implemented in a GUI (user friendly) to facilitate using the program and it runs on MATLAB platform.
